Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened trading card packs or sealed collectibles that have been opened.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stellabrown02026@outlook.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
